     1.  Immigrants/Refugees

     2.  Seniors Living Independently (choose one category)
                * Consumer Education & Case Management
                * Home Repairs
                * Transportation
                * Adult Day Care/Respite
                * Mental Health

     3.  Youth Violence Prevention
