The DAUGHTERS OF CHARITY FOUNDATION of St. Louis has a two-phase process for submitting requests to the Foundation. The first phase is the Letter of Intent. A review committee reads the Letters of Intent and determines who will be asked to submit a full proposal (phase two). The following downloadable documents explain each of the two phases.
