Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition Parent Education Program $25,000 Quarterly workshops, monthly support groups, newsletter and website to help foster/adoptive parent education.
Franciscan Connection Stone by Stone Project $15,000 Provides basic and emergency home repairs for the elderly who lack the financial resources, physical ability or technical expertise to perform ongoing maintenance of their homes.
Grace Hill Neighborhood Health Centers, Inc.Case Management for Seniors $10,000 Development of a case management system for seniors in the health clinics.

South Grand Senior Ministry Part-Time Social Worker $40,500 Improved system of senior consumer education and case management through the hiring of a part-time social worker who will serve seven member parishes.
St. Andrew's At-Home Services Project Independence $20,000 Helps to maintain the older adult in their own home through home repair service while providing a safe living environment.
St. Louis ARC $27,500 Staff to help parents with disabilities develop the skills needed to promote safe child rearing practices and parent-child relationships.
St. Louis Children's Hospital Healthy Beginnings $5,000 Involves intensive in-home case management with educational and support services to families leaving the hospital with a child with disabilities.
St. Louis Christian Chinese Community Service Center $34,500 Social Worker salary for seniors in the Chinese community.
St. Louis Crisis Nursery Short-term Respite Program $50,000 A short-term respite program with follow-up services to reduce the potential for abuse by educating parents and watching over those families so that children remain safe.
The Portals Corporation $12,000 Provides age-specific parent education to caregivers.
Tri-Cities Area Faith in Action Assisted Transportation for Elders $10,000 Local congregations volunteer time and gas to make sure elders of the community get safely to their appointments and safely complete their errands.
Youth In Need Emergency Shelter & Counseling Services $10,000 A safe haven for youth teaching life skills, GED training and intensive individual, family and group counseling services.
